what experiments can a do for a small wind turbine?

u mean inspection or checking that everything is ok?
you might check if you reduced friction of the blades to minimum possible value
check if the generator is working good
recheck your design&material calculations
u may wanna obtain some data about the air in the region where that turbine would be placed to perform exergy analysis.
